Author guidelines

Please note that an author of an accepted paper must register for and attend the Conference, and present the paper for it to be published in the proceedings.

The deadline for the registration and fee payment for one of the authors of an accepted paper is August 8, 2021 - 23:59 CET.

All the papers submitted before June 10 will start the review process on June 11. All the papers submitted after June 10 will start the review process as soon as they are uploaded to EDAS.

Regular (not student) author’s registration assures the inclusion in the proceedings of only one paper. An extra charge of € 100 fee is due for each additional paper covered by the same registration. Papers that do not meet these requirements will not be published. No exceptions.

Full Paper Preparation

Prospective Authors of papers are invited to submit a paper (typically 4-6 pages in standard IEEE two-column format) via EDAS by suggesting the related Track and Technical Topic. The paper should contain a complete description of the proposed contribution along with results, suitably framed in the related state of the art. Each paper will be reviewed in terms of relevance with respect to the scope of the event, originality and quality of the technical content, overall organization and writing style. Submission of papers implies intention to register and present the related content at the conference. The final manuscript must be accompanied by a registration form and a full registration fee payment proof. The length for final papers is 4-6 pages without exceptions.
Proceedings papers presented at the Conference will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

Paper presentation

The presentation of the papers will be "live", based on slides, with duration of 10-12 minutes for each paper, followed by questions. No video has to be prepared. The template for the preparation of the slides is free. Each paper to be presented must be covered by a valid registration. The papers that will not be presented will be considered as "no-shows" and will not be sent for publication in IEEE Xplore. Please, add the presenter name to the EDAS web site.
