R&D Projects Dissemination Event

Objective

Dissemination activities are essential for the impact and success of R&D projects. Dissemination should be an ongoing dialogue with potential users during the project.
With this in mind, RTSI2021 is organizing this special event dedicated to oral presentations of ongoing or final results of R&D projects in all the areas related to the conference topics.

This special event will represent a unique platform for Companies, Research Bodies and Universities to disseminate their project progress and results to the relevant scientific communities, potential investors, stakeholders, regulatory bodies, potential users, and lay audience.

An open event for attendees

To maximize the impact of the project and to promote commercial and other exploitation of the project result, this session will be open freely for attendees.

Presenters will be given a link, which they can share with their list of stakeholders to invite them to freely join the event.

Tentative presenters should send a short summary of their project (max 0.5 page), along with the major information about the project:

to the following email address: egidio.debenedetto@unina.it

Submission deadline is July 15, 2021.

Registration cost

Registration for presenting at this Session is € 50.

Full registration of a scientific paper related to the same research project guarantees the opportunity for the Authors to present also in this Session, without additional fee.

Selection

An advisory board will assess the submitted summary in terms of adherence to the topics of the Conference. The presenter will be notified about the acceptance for presentation.
